The Web Site is considered a general audience site and is not intended to be used by children. Lily of France does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell products for purchase by adults. Lily of France is concerned about the privacy of young children and does not seek to collect personal information from persons under the age of 18. However, per Safe Harbor rules, we are not restricted from allowing minors age 13 and up to subscribe to newsletters. Information The User Give Us. Lily of France collects Personal Information when the User request information from Lily of France, purchase merchandise from the Web Site or provide information to participate in the services and offerings on the Web Site. On such occasions, the Personal Information collected by or on behalf of Lily of France may include, without limitation: the User's name, email address, address, zip code, telephone number, credit card information and related information, information concerning the User's interests, occupation, and other demographic information, as applicable. Sweepstakes and Promotions. From time to time we may offer contests and promotions on the Sites. If the User elects to participate in such contests or promotions, the User may be requested to provide and/or we may collect various personal information from you, including, but not limited to, the User's name, e-mail address, permanent mailing address.. The User will be advised as to the specific nature of the information requested prior to submitting any information to the Site.
